Not 30 years earlier when the tune came out and definitely not now. In some way a geriatric Rod got to wiggle his properties on American Idol along with Taylor Hicks! Bad Catherine is doing a lame cameos on Ugly Betty.

In showbiz, there’s an expression “You’ve got ‘it’.” What’s “it”?
The reason they call it “it” is since it’s difficult to put it into words. It’s got something to do with charm, magnetism, the power to bring in and hold an audience. Honestly, Rod Stewart never ever did it for me, but Elvis certainly had “it”.
